K and C 4ever

K and C 4ever came from an impromptu opportunity I had while K and I were entertaining family in different places in the lead up to our long anticipated wedding in Italy; 20 years in the making. I had the chance to graffiti our names, just like in the schoolyard, along the lover's walk between Riomaggiore and Manarola in the Cinque Terre. I get that it only really means something to us but we had to call the site something and to us, this represents the romantic notion that there are K's and C's of any and every conceivable type out there living their own adventure.

The idea of having a website came by accident. Our TravelPod travel blog site closed down and we needed a way to document travels. On rainy days We love to sit and read back on places we have been and remember the sights and smells of faraway places. That explains the blog part of this in any case.

The full Website notion came by extension. We have loved reading and learning from other traveller's journeys and thought that we have some specific interests where we have gained knowledge and expertise that we can now share with others. This also guides and pushes us when overseas to get out to see and do more in order to share that experience.
